
Ingredients
- Basa fillets
- Leek
- Mushroom mix (king, oyster, shitake)
- Rice
- Garlic
- Soy sauce
- Oyster sauce
- Sugar
Method
- Place each basa fillets on a sheet of baking paper. Add a teaspoon of soy sauce, chilli oil and garlic to your liking. Then wrap each fillet into a parcel and cook in the air fryer for 20 minutes and 180 C
- While fish cooks, prep leek & mushroom and cook rice using desired method
- Pan fry leek in butter until golden with slight char, then add garlic, tablespoon soy sauce, 0.5 teaspoon sugar and a tablespoon of water and allow to braise
- Pan fry mushrooms in butter until golden, then add garlic and oyster sauce and sautee.
- Serve and enjoy!
