
Ingredients
- 2 shallot
- 1 spring onion
- 2 tbsp sesame Oil
- 2 mushrooms
- 2 carrots
- 3 leaves of wombok cabbage
- 1 block of firm token
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp kecap manis
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Spring roll pastry
- lettuce
Method
- Sauté shallots in sesame oil on a medium heat
- Add mushrooms until brown
- Add the rest of the vegetables to the pan and cook down for 3-4 minutes
- Add sauces and mix. Then take off the heat
- Wrap small chunks of vegetables in the spring roll pastry
- Brush the spring rolls with oil.
- Cook for 8 minutes in the air fryer at 200°c turning half way.
- Serve with lettuce and your choice of sauce.
