
Ingredients
- KEWPIE Mayo
- Salmon Fillet
- Crushed Garlic
- Hokkaido Konbu Soy Sauce
- Basil
- Olive Oil
- Japanese cooking wine
Method
- Wash salmon and pat dry
- Place salmon in large bowl
- Pour Japanese cooking wine on salmon
- In a small bowl, mix KEWPIE Mayonaise, crushed garlic and Konbu soy sauce thoroughly
- Pour Mayonaise mixture onto salmon, cover with cling wrap
- Place salmon in fridge for at least one hour to marinate
- Preheat airfryer to 200 degrees Celsius
- Place salmon into airfyer and cook for 10-15 minutes
- Put fresh basil and olive oil in blender and blend
- Plate Salmon and pour on basil oil
