- Cabbage
- Furikake
- Tonkatsu sauce

- Chilli Paste
Method
- Cook rice
- Butterfly chicken in half
- Cook cabbage together with chilli paste
- Flatten chicken pieces with mallet
- Dip chicken in egg, then flour, then bread crumbs
- Air-fry chicken for 14 minutes
