
Ingredients
- Spring Onions diced
- Garlic chopped finely
- Cabbage chopped finely
- Carrots sliced
- Cauliflower diced
- Shiitake mushrooms sliced
- Pear finely sliced
- Apple finely sliced
- Rice noodles or pasta noodles
- Obento Rice Wine Vinegar, I teaspoon.
- Organic Tamari Soy Sauce, I teaspoon.
- Eggplant diced.
- Olive Oil
Method
- Lightly Sautee the Spring Onions, Garlic in light Olive Oil in a Wok
- When the Garlic and Spring Onions are Sauteed lightly, add the Chopped Cabbage, Carrots, Cauliflower and Eggplant. Allow to lightly cook while constantly stir frying.
- Add the Shitake Mushrooms, sliced pear and sliced Apple and lightly Stir Fry.
- Add a teaspoon of Obento Rice Vinegar and a teaspoon of Organic Tamari Soy Sauce.
- Continue to stir fry lightly for 5 minutes on light heat.
- Place the desired amount of Rice Noodles or Pasta Noodles in a saucepan of Boiling water and boil until soft.
- Drain the noodles and add them to the Wok ingredients.
- Lightly Stir Fry all the ingredients together for 3 minutes.
- Take off the heat and the dish is ready to serve.
