
Ingredients
- 500g Chicken Breast or Thigh
- 1 Broccoli Head & Stem
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Zucchini
- 1 Capsicum
- 2 Spring Onions
- 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
- 200g Green Beans
- 3 tablespoons ABC Sweet Soy Sauce Kecap Manis
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 1/2 cup Corn Flour
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 4 tablespoons water
Method
- Dice chicken and toss in bowl or bag with corn flour until all pieces coated
- Slice all vegetables to desired shape and size
- Heat olive oil in wok and add chicken pieces until all golden brown. Remove chicken and place in bowl to the side.
- Add vegetables to wok adding 1 tablespoon of water and stir fry for 3 minutes. Cover for 2 minutes. Place in bowl to the side.
- Add ABC Soy Sauce Kecap Manis, Sesame Oil and 3 tablespoons water to wok and bring to boil.
- Return chicken and stir fry for 1 minute.
- Add vegetables and stir fry for 1 minute.
- Add sesame seeds and shallots to serve.
