
Ingredients
- 100 grams Udon noodles
- 2 tablespoons Kewpie Sriracha Mayonnaise
- 95 grams of Tuna
- 1 avocado
- Sprinkle of Chilli flakes or sesame seeds (optional)
Method
- Cook the Udon noodles as per instructions on package (usually 4 minutes)
- Put the tuna into a bowl, add 2 tablespoons of Kewpie Sriracha Mayonnaise and mix together. Please note- you can add more or less sauce depending on personal preference
- Cut the avocado into cubes
- Strain and rinse udon noodles before serving onto a bowl. Add the tuna and avocado
- Optional - add chilli flakes, sesame seeds or drizzle more Kewpie Sriracha Mayonnaise on top
