
Ingredients
- 7x homemade wontons (from the freezer - made 3 months ago)
- 2x strand of springs onions (only vegie I could find)
- 2x chinese sausages (as old as the wontons, better eat them soon)
- 3x tablespoon of fried shallots from plastic container
- 3x tablespoon of ABC Kecap Manis to make a gravy soupy thingi
- 2x slab of plain instant noodles, or any tasteless noodles you can find
- 1x extra spoonful of the ABC Kecap Manis to drizzle on top of the chinese sausages.
Method
- Defrost the wontons
- Cut the spring onions and chinese sausages.
- Boil the noodles and wontons in a big pot
- Put about 7 spoonful of hot boiled water in a bowl and add 3x tablespoon of ABC Kecap Manis to it. Stir well to make gravy for the noodles.
- After 3 mins thereabouts of boiling, drain well and add contents to the bowl with the gravy in it. Mix them well.
- Put the chinese sausages, spring onions and fried shallots on top of the noodles (decoratively, of course), and serve it with a confident smile.
- Tip: Add more ABC Kecap Manis for extra tastiness, if your tastebud nudges.
